Florian Valentine Publishing was established in April of 2008. Choosing a name for our new endeaver was quite a chore. We could not be more pleased that the name Florian Valentine was chosen. When asked how the name was arrived at, we tell the simple truth: 1. Florian is the first name of the father of one of our founders. 2. Valentine is the middle name of the same person. The mission of Florian Valentine Publishing is to assist nonprofit animal rescue organizations through the donation of a percentage of books sold at full price through our e-commerce system. Other nonprofit organizations may be eligible for our program. A special discount will be given to any nonprofit organization that wishes to purchase books as a fundraiser.. Any nonprofit organizations that maintains a good standing within their community may submit request for inclusion to our program. Final determination of inclusion will be made by the directors of Florian Valentine Publishing. Quality books based on animal rescue, or that have a similar subject matter, may be submitted for review and possible inclusion in our program.
